A Community Service Program for the Entire Family

Our wish for you, your children, and your family is to achieve the goal that you never need dental work in the future. This is what our Dental Wellness Program is all about. We created it to keep you well and your expenses minimal.

Our purpose comes from the derivation of the word doctor. It comes from the Latin word docere, which means showing, teaching, or teaching to know. One way we achieve this goal is with hygiene visits twice a year. The hygiene visits help eliminate gum disease and future dental work for a lifetime. This goal is our sincerest wish for you, your children and family.

To make this goal possible for anyone, we have created a Dental Wellness Program. It is simple and benefits everyone in the family, friends, and the community.


How the Program Works

 

The Wellness Program is simple to follow and has two parts:

  1. Visit our Dental Hygienist every six months for your teeth cleanings

    • The main reason we do dental cleanings is to prevent gum disease. When we do cleanings, we remove plaque that builds up on your teeth and is the leading cause of gum disease and tooth decay.

  2. Brush and floss your teeth regularly at home

    • Nothing replaces the technical and precision care you get from your dentist. After all, this is why your dentist spends an additional 4 years in dental school to become a dentist. However, there is a lot you can do at home to prevent dental problems. The most important ones are:​

      • Flossing​

      • Brush, brush, brush!

The Personal Benefits


The are many personal benefits of the Wellness Program:


It helps eliminate expensive dentistry.

Your dental expenses become nominal because we work together to keep your mouth in good condition.


Future dental work is reduced or eliminated.
Future root canals, extractions, and implants are near impossible. 
 

Reduce and eliminate gum disease
There is an excellent reason to protect yourself and your family from gum disease. According to the CDC : 
 

  • ​47.2% of adults aged 30 years and older have some form of periodontal disease.

  • Periodontal disease increases with age; 70.1% of adults 65 years and older have periodontal disease.

DR AFSHARI'S MEMBERSHIP PLANS
 

Individual Plan:  $300 per year to receive the listed benefits below.
 

Family Plan:  A family plan starts at $400 per year. It covers a maximum of 2 adults plus two children under the age of 18. (You may add additional family members for additional fees.) Each family member receives the same benefits listed below. 


You may join at any time. However, to be eligible, you must have an initial comprehensive visit with Dr. Nahid. All plans do not include this initial visit.

All necessary x-rays

Emergency Exam Plus x-rays (2/year)

15 % off all additional dental treatments

100% Coverage (regular fee $133 each)

PROGRAM GUIDELINES
​

  • This program is not dental insurance. It is a discount or reduced-fee dental program and does not apply to patients with dental insurance. You must pay in full for the plan to go into effect. 

  • The plan is nonrefundable (even if you do not use all of the plan benefits within the year). 

  • Benefits expire precisely one year after the patient enrolls in the In-Office Quality Dental Plan.

  • Please contact our office for specific restrictions related to your treatment. The club is a discount or reduced-fee dental program.

Our plans provide an alternative for patients without dental insurance to receive affordable dental care.

  • You do not have to fill out any claim forms. 

  • No deductible is required.
